Booking Confirmation Policy

• Booking is confirmed only when INR 25% advance paid of your total billing value.
• If the bill value is less than INR 5000/- the advance should be as full advance payment. (Valid for Premium & Dormitory Rooms).
• Balance Billing Value has to be paid on arrival at the time of Check-in. Mode of Payment: Cash/Online NEFT, RTGS/Credit/Debit Card/UPI.
• To transfer the advance amount, follow the online booking process and proceed further with the advance payment option. Guests can also prefer to the full payment option. Or if guest is facing problems with the online payment, Kindly reach to our consultant over phone 7008999277/8118095096
• Check-in Time – Starts 9.00 AM of the reserved day to till the booking period ends.
• Check-out Time – 9.00 AM

Cancellation Policy

In case the registration is cancelled the following norms would apply: –

• Cancellation Before 5 days of the scheduled booked date, there will be deduction of 15% of total billing value.
• Cancellation Before 3 days of the scheduled booked date, there will be deduction of 50% of total billing value.
• There will no refund if the guest does not come on booked date or cancelled on same day or the day before the booked date.

Rules & Regulation

GENERAL INSTRUCTION

Guests must carry their ID proof in original at the time of arrival

• Single therapy will be provided in a day as per the scheduled appointment
• Check out time:- 10.00 AM
• We have our swimming costume on a chargeable basis, but if you use your swimming costume, please maintain the hygiene.
• Use of stimulants like tea, coffee, tobacco, alcohol, pan, zarda and food items brought from outside is strictly prohibited
• Guests are required to involve themselves in all routine activities of the centre
• During the stay, patients are not allowed to go out of the campus
• Strict discipline, cleanliness and decorum are to be maintained by the guests of the centre
• Kindly Do Not Bring valuable ornaments to the property. The management will not be responsible in case there is any loss of
  such valuables.
• Mobiles & Laptop use is restricted to the accommodation rooms only.
• Cooking inside room is strictly prohibited
• Laboratory reports, laundry, pick and drop facilities and other facilities will be charged extra.
• The package tariff is inclusive of stay, diet and medical consultation. However, there will be a few premium therapies, which, if
  opted and prescribed, will be charged extra.
• Management reserves the right to take final & binding decisions in case of any disputes
• Misbehaving with doctors/therapist/staff by the guests is viewed as a serious breach of the centre disciplinary rules,
  & such situation will lead to an immediate discharge of the guest on the disciplinary grounds from the centre andany charges
  already paid will stand forfeited.

FOR MEMBERSHIP

• Membership is valid for definite period only & cannot be amended in any situation. Non utilized days will lapse once the
  membership validity is expired
• Membership can be availed for the minimum 7 days package & above per person at any given point of time.
  Even if the member stays for less than 7 days, 7 days from the total number of membership days will be deducted automatically.
• Membership charge will be an one time payment in full during registration after which agreement letter will be issued accordingly.
• Management reserves the right to change the terms of membership from time to time without any notice.
• Membership benefits will not apply during special events, black out days and festival weeks.
• All reservations to be communicated at least 2 weeks advance and are valid only subject to availability after receiving the
  booking confirmation from the centre.

ADMISSION NON-ELIGIBILITY RULES

• Below 16 years and above 80 years of age are not eligible for treatment (Therapy)
• A person is suffering from the diseases other than mentioned under “Disease Treated.”
• Pregnant women
• Persons with communicable diseases
• Disabled/immobile persons, without aides/li>
• Patients addicted to evils such as drugs, smoking, alcohol, zarda, pan masala etc
• Centre requires three clear working days notice from the guest in writing for the postponement or cancellation of a
  confirmed booking. In such a case, only the processing charge will be deducted Rs 1000
• 1:Cancellation Notice received two days prior- only 50% of the total reservation amount will be refunded
• 2:Cancellation Notice received one day prior- only 25% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• 3:Cancellation Notice received less than one day (0hrs to 24hrs of arrival time)-There will be no refund on such cancellation of the
  reservation.
• Frequent changes or cancellations in booking dates are not entertained.
